Member Qualifications
Full Member: Any person of good character and reputation who is employed in a substantially full-time, professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in one or more of our qualified fields of commercial real estate may apply to be a Full Member.
Affiliate Member: Any person of good character and reputation who is in a professional field which provides a product or service that is related to one of our qualified fields of commercial real estate, may apply as an Affiliate Member of the Corporation.
To preserve our composition requirements, which cap Affiliate Members to less than 25% of all members, CREW Ottawa may suspend approving new Affiliate Members from time to time.

2026 annual membership dues are $451 USD and will be billed by CREW Network upon acceptance into the organization. Members approved after June 15 will pay a reduced amount for the balance of the calendar year.
All CREW memberships are based on a calendar year and expire on December 31.
Membership is tied to the individual and is non-transferable from person to person, either within a company or otherwise.
